Mare and Foal
 

John's "Mare & Foal" stand approximately 43 inches above the roof line to the top of the mare's ears. The pair measures 28 inches in length and they turn their tails into the wind just like they're supposed to. Each weathervane is full bodied, hand hammered, copper and is signed, numbered and dated. The copper has not been treated and will age into a rich patina over time.
