Landmarks and Primrose Path
"Landmarks"  are wood cutouts in miniature of historic buildings, monuments and scenes by feature artist Mariann Hudak. The detail is fantastic and essentially to scale. Since they are mounted on a solid 3/4 inch pine block and the structure's outline is artistically cut, they are free standing and  3 dimensional.
A short history of each landmark is included and mounted on the back. They have become a highly prized collectibles and various cities and towns all have a growing collections of their "special" places. These landmarks have repeatedly proven themselves as exceptional fund raising projects for churches, historical societies, as well as schools and universities. To date, Primrose Path has made well over 600 different landmarks for historic locations across the country including The Twin Towers of New York City and Disney's Magic Kingdom in Florida. Over 200 of the Landmarks are in Connecticut.

Based In Stratford Connecticut, Primrose Path is a family endeavor. Mariann handles the artwork and  Melinda manages the business and the marketing. Their husbands do all the wood and scroll work.  Demand for landmarks has exploded and new members have been carefully added to the team. Keeping things personal, and the quality at it's best, is something Primrose Path refuse to lose and it shows in each and every Landmark they produce.
